Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Peri Peri Chef to prepare high-quality grilled and peri peri-style dishes while maintaining excellent taste, presentation, and kitchen standards. The chef will specialize in marination, grilling, and sauce preparation to deliver authentic peri peri flavors and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and cook peri peri chicken, grilled meats, burgers, wraps, and related menu items.
- Marinate meats and prepare authentic peri peri sauces and seasonings.
- Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety regulations.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during busy service hours.
- Assist in menu development and introduce new peri peri recipes or promotions.
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Peri Peri Chef, Grill Chef, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and peri peri cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
