Overview

A well-established, state-of-the-art periodontal and implant practice located in the heart of Silicon Valley (Cupertino / Milpitas) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Periodontist to join our growing team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to practice full-scope periodontology and implant dentistry in a modern, high-tech, and patient-centered environment with mentoring available. The position offers part-time flexibility with a pathway to additional days, long-term partnership, and potential future buy-in for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of periodontal therapy, including:
• Surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures
• Implant placement and related grafting procedures
• Periodontal and implant maintenance recall
• Collaborate closely with a highly trained clinical and hygiene team
• Deliver exceptional patient communication, education, and care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD with completed periodontal residency
• Minimum 2 years of periodontal clinical experience preferred (residency counts)
• Active California dental license in good standing
• Strong surgical skill set and comfort with implant dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, ethical, and patient-focused mindset

Schedule
