Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse position located in Lahore. The role involves providing comprehensive care to peritoneal dialysis patients, educating them about performing dialysis procedures safely and effectively at home, and ensuring quality clinical outcomes. The nurse will oversee patients’ dialysis treatment, monitor their progress, and address concerns. Close collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and adapt patient care plans is essential. In addition, the role includes maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, recording patient data accurately, and providing support to ensure patient well-being and safety.

Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of peritoneal dialysis procedures, renal care, and patient safety protocols
  • Skills in patient education and personalized care, explaining complex medical processes clearly and empathetically
  • Experience with medical equipment operation and familiarity with medical documentation and health record management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team setting and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Required qualifications: Relevant nursing certification and valid license; prior experience in renal nursing is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore and willingness to adhere to medical and organizational protocols
