Key Responsibilities
- Function as a vital member of the clinical patient care team, performing oncology-focused tasks and procedures.
- Provide evidence-based, compassionate care while maintaining high clinical acumen.
- Collaborate effectively with referring physicians and the internal multidisciplinary team.
- Utilize EPIC for efficient patient charting and software interfacing.
Requirements
- Licensure: Board Certified NP or PA with an Oregon license (or willingness to obtain).
- Oncology Focus: AONCP certification (or in process) required for NPs. Oncology subspecialty/additional training highly preferred for PAs.
- Experience: Previous experience in Inpatient or Outpatient Oncology is highly preferred.
- Background: Clean malpractice history and a recent NPDB self-query report (within 30 days).
- Connection to Region: Candidates should have established ties to the Oregon area (family, previous residency, etc.).
- Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and assist with patient ambulation as needed in a clinical setting.
