PERM Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist (New Grads & Experienced Welcome)

Pay Range: $60 – $65 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evaluation and treatment services to patients with a variety of physical conditions. This role is ideal for both newly licensed graduates looking to build their clinical skills and experienced therapists seeking a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare staff, and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of California

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship/support available

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings (for experienced candidates)

• Familiarity with EMR systems

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
