Permanency Supervisor

Position Title: Supervisor of Permanency Services
Location: Topeka, KS (Hybrid)

Position Summary:
The Supervisor of Permanency Services oversees case management teams providing direct services to children and families, ensuring safety, permanency, and well-being through effective supervision, consultation, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree licensable by the Kansas BSRB

• Minimum three years’ experience in children and family services

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Licensure:

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

• At least 21 years old

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate case management staff, providing guidance and support

• Monitor case services and ensure adherence to program objectives and regulations

• Coordinate therapeutic and community services for clients

• Review and approve case documentation for quality and timeliness

• Train staff on policies and compliance requirements

• Serve as emergency contact and represent the agency in external meetings

• Manage staff HR functions and oversee training completion

• Collaborate with DCF, courts, and community partners to support client needs
