West Chester Permit helps trucking companies move some of the largest and most challenging loads on the road today. From construction equipment, farm machinery, generators, to AI data center projects, our team works behind the scenes to secure permits and keep specialized freight moving safely and legally.

We are looking for detail-oriented problem solvers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting things done right.

What You'll Do

Every day is different. You’ll work with trucking companies across the country to help them move oversize and overweight loads safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing oversize / overweight permits with state and local agencies
• Coordinating routes and travel restrictions for heavy haul movements
• Communicating with drivers, dispatchers, and customers
• Managing orders through phone calls, email, and messaging

Transportation or logistics experience is helpful but not required. We provide training.

Compensation

• Starting at $17 plus a monthly performance bonus.
