Permitting Coordinator

Waeco Construction is seeking Permitting Coordinator to join our growing engineering team here in Monroe, Washington. We specialize in the Telecommunication engineering and construction industry since 2007 and are looking to add a dynamic addition to our team.

Your Role

• Manage and process jurisdiction right-of-way permitting applications
• Communicate with customers, municipalities, and internal teams regarding project status and requirements
• Maintain and update permitting software systems with accurate and timely information
• Track project timelines and ensure all permitting deadlines are met
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Assist with resolving permitting issues and ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to support project success

Your Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with permitting processes or construction/engineering administration preferred
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Salary range is between $20 - $25hr DOE

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Construction/Engineering Permitting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
