Personal Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Accountant to manage personal financial records, expenses, banking transactions, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update personal financial records and accounts.
• Record daily income, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Manage bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and expense summaries.
• Handle bill payments, utility payments, and other financial obligations on time.
• Monitor investments, loans, and personal assets records.
• Coordinate with banks, tax consultants, and financial institutions when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and financial records.
• Assist in budget planning and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax and financial regulations.
• Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare financial data and reports for review by the employer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in personal finance management.
• Knowledge of taxation and banking procedures.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, reports, and reconciliations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
