Personal / Administrative Assistant

Home Tile Center of NY is We are a store that sells floor and wall tile, natural stone and tile setting materials. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal/Administrative Assistant to support the company owner with daily business operations, administrative tasks, and business-related errands.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and communications
  • Run business-related errands as needed (bank deposits, etc)
  • Help coordinate correspondence and follow up on tasks
  • Organize documents, files, and basic recordkeeping
  • Provide general support to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Help procuring samples from tile vendors

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be comfortable working in fast-paced hectic environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
