Home Tile Center of NY is We are a store that sells floor and wall tile, natural stone and tile setting materials. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal/Administrative Assistant to support the company owner with daily business operations, administrative tasks, and business-related errands.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and communications
- Run business-related errands as needed (bank deposits, etc)
- Help coordinate correspondence and follow up on tasks
- Organize documents, files, and basic recordkeeping
- Provide general support to improve workflow and efficiency
- Help procuring samples from tile vendors
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be comfortable working in fast-paced hectic environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
