Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy) ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Meeting & Communication Management
  • Organise, attend, and take minutes of meetings, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and requests, responding on behalf of management where appropriate.
  • Travel & Logistics
  • Arrange national and international travel, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and business trips.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Support management in decision-making processes by providing accurate information and follow-ups.
  • Project Assistance
  • Support in the preparation and execution of business projects.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Required)

Experience:

  • PA: 3 years (Required)
