Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy) ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Meeting & Communication Management
- Organise, attend, and take minutes of meetings, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and requests, responding on behalf of management where appropriate.
- Travel & Logistics
- Arrange national and international travel, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and business trips.
- Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Support management in decision-making processes by providing accurate information and follow-ups.
- Project Assistance
- Support in the preparation and execution of business projects.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for management.
