Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases.
• Verify, review, and correct data to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and manage digital files and records.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the operations team.
• Handle confidential company information securely.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong typing speed with excellent accuracy.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Background or knowledge in the automotive industry is a plus.
