Front Desk Officer - Female

Karachi, Pakistan

  • Greeting visitors and answering phones in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Directing calls and visitors to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintaining a logbook for visitors and security.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Manager HR or the Management etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BA / BBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years’ experience in front desk/reception/admin (Textile/Manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & MS Office skills
  • Presentable & professional personality

P.s. Candidates shall be preferred Immediate joiners as well as residing nearby Maymar/Gulshan or Scheme 33 etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
