Job Title: Call Center Agent (Female)

Location: PECHS, Karachi
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Call Center Agent (Female) with excellent communication skills to join our DME campaign team. The candidate should be confident, fluent in English, and capable of handling outbound calls to international clients, particularly in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and clarity.
• Deliver persuasive communication to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Cold calling experience preferred.
• Prior experience in US campaigns will be a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts.
