Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support

  • Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and internal communication.
  • Prepare presentations, letters, and meeting minutes with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing matters that require immediate attention.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise between the Director and company departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Follow up on pending actions, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure smooth coordination for all executive-level interactions and business activities.

3. Travel & Logistics

  • Arrange and coordinate business travel, visa processing, hotel bookings, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, including meeting schedules and local contact information.
  • Manage expense claims and travel reports.

4. Office & Documentation Management

  • Maintain and organize important files, contracts, and confidential records.
  • Draft and review official documents, letters, and internal memos.
  • Support in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations as needed.

5. Event & Meeting Coordination

  • Organize internal/external meetings, business events, and conferences.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and ensure proper follow-up of meeting outcomes.

6. Personal & Administrative Tasks

  • Handle personal tasks for the Director as required (appointments, errands, renewals, etc.).
  • Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
