Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Manage meetings, calls, and communication through Microsoft Teams.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and itinerary planning.
  • Handle all visa-related tasks such as preparing documents, filling visa forms, scheduling embassy appointments, and tracking visa status.
  • Ensure timely documentation and approvals for official travel and expenses.
  • Prepare and manage travel files containing tickets, hotel confirmations, visa copies, and itineraries.
  • Handle official documentation, letters, emails, and filing while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the Director.
  • Maintain indents sheets, insurance documents, and import files.
  • Create and manage K-Forms for Bank Al-Habib when required.
  • Manage calls, emails, and communications on behalf of senior management.
  • Track all ongoing tasks, reminders, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups with departments.
  • Assist in task tracking, project monitoring, and progress reporting.
  • Provide full administrative, coordination, and communication support to the Director.
  • Support management with scheduling, reporting, and data sharing via Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems (soft + hard copies).
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned by the Director in the future.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong documentation and filing skills.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally).
  • Effective communication and teamwork, especially in a digital collaboration environment (Microsoft Teams).
  • Proficient in travel coordination and logistics management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.

Location: Paper Market, Off I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Educational Qualification: Graduate / MBA / ICMA / ACCA
Age Limit: 25 – 40 Years
Gender: Male / Female
