Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and communication with professionalism
  • Assist with travel arrangements and event planning as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
