We are looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management through effective follow-up, coordination, and management-level communication. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure timely execution of management decisions.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Regular follow-ups on tasks assigned by senior management
  • Coordination with internal departments, site teams, and vendors
  • Acting as a link between management and various stakeholders
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing MOMs, and tracking action items
  • Ensuring smooth management coordination and information flow
  • Handling confidential information professionally

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fresher willing to ork as an Executive Assistant / Coordinator role
  • Experience working closely with Directors or Senior Management preferred
  • Married candidate mandatory
