Executive & Personal Support (Approx. 80%):
• Manage and coordinate the complex, dynamic schedule of Executive Management across multiple businesses and personal obligations.
• Handle daily logistics, including meeting confirmations, reminders, travel bookings, and accommodation.
• Prepare presentation decks, strategic briefs, and notes for meetings and board sessions.
• Track tasks, priorities, and follow-ups on behalf of Executive Management to ensure timely execution across all teams.
• Maintain professional and personal confidentiality in all matters.
• Handle personal errands and appointments for Executive Management, including:
o Organizing personal meetings and social engagements
o Coordinating with drivers, household staff, or external service providers
o Scheduling health, wellness, or beauty appointments
o Managing personal travel, gifting, and special event planning
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, maintaining smooth communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and VIP contacts.
Marketing & Branding Support (Approx. 20%):
• Assist in creating and scheduling professional content on platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram.
• Coordinate with agencies or internal teams on branding materials or event planning for corporate initiatives.
• Conduct light market research or media monitoring for projects under Executive Management's leadership.
• Support the drafting or proofreading of corporate communications (e.g., speeches, press releases, bios).

Requirements

• Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and light marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Suite).
