Personal Assistant

I’m a full-time YouTube creator looking for a reliable, highly organized Personal Assistant to handle errands, scheduling, research, and day-to-day logistics so I can focus on filming and creative work.

This role is about execution and follow-through — not creative direction or editing.

Responsibilities

• Run errands (groceries, Amazon returns, pickups)
• Coordinate house cleaning, garage organization, and car detailing
• Help keep workspace, garage, and gear organized
• Research products, guests, and locations for upcoming videos
• Track orders, deliveries, and prep items for shoots
• Assist with light production prep and shoot-day support when needed

Requirements

• Extremely organized and dependable
• Proactive and good at problem-solving
• Comfortable in fast-paced, creative environments
• Physically able to lift boxes and move gear
• Strong communication skills
• Must be local to Las Vegas

Nice to Have

• Interest in YouTube or content creation
• Familiar with Google Docs, Notion, Amazon
• Comfortable helping on shoot days

Important

This role does not involve editing, scripting, or managing finances.

Trial period to ensure a good fit.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
