Personal Assistant

We are hiring for a highly organised individual for the role of a Personal Assistant to work directly with the Director and oversee front-of-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Personal Assistant to the Director
  • Organise and manage domestic and international travel
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
  • Arrange and manage business meetings and schedules
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calendar management
  • Provide day-to-day support with the Director’s work
  • Oversee and assist with other business operations as required
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, partners, and clients
  • Manage Office Affairs
  • Basic HR

Language Requirements

  • Primary: Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)

What We’re Looking For

  • Organised Female Assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Confidence using email, calendars, and basic office software
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Previous PA, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus (but not essential)
