Personal Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or referrals.

Skills

  • Strong administrative skills with experience in clerical tasks.
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications.
  • Excellent customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience as a personal assistant is a plus.
  • Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy environment.
