A role in the Management Consulting sector within the Professional Services industry, supporting senior leaders who deliver advisory, operational and project-based solutions across UAE public and private clients. This on-site position is situated in the UAE and requires a candidate who can operate with high discretion, strong administrative rigor, and client-facing professionalism.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for senior executives: schedule, prioritise, and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agenda preparation and timely follow-ups.
  • Plan and book domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries and handle visa/logistics coordination for trips.
  • Prepare, format and proofread presentations, reports and confidential correspondence; maintain version control and organise supporting materials for meetings.
  • Manage expense reporting and vendor payments: collect receipts, reconcile card statements, and submit accurate expense claims per company policy.
  • Liaise with clients, partners and internal teams to coordinate meetings, events and ad-hoc administrative projects while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain and organise electronic filing and document repositories; implement simple process improvements to increase team efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience providing direct support to senior executives in a fast-paced professional services or consulting environment.
  • Right to work in the UAE (valid work authorisation).
  • Strong track record managing complex calendars, travel logistics and confidential correspondence.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and document management workflows; comfortable producing polished PowerPoint decks and client-ready materials.
  • High attention to detail, reliability under pressure and demonstrated discretion handling sensitive information.

Preferred

  • Fluency in Arabic (verbal and written).
  • Experience with travel booking platforms and expense tools (e.g., Concur, Expensify) and SharePoint or similar DMS.
