Position Overview
We are seeking a highly reliable, organized, and personable Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a husband-and-wife team managing a dynamic mix of real estate investments, healthcare-related businesses, and family responsibilities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, can adapt quickly, and takes pride in being proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. Responsibilities will vary day-to-day and may include both professional and personal support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities are variable and flexible, and may include:
Business & Operations Support
- Assist with coordination of real estate operations across multiple properties
- Conduct site visits and basic inspections of local properties (e.g., checking readiness, meeting vendors, documenting conditions)
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Support shipping and logistics for business-related materials and products
- Help organize schedules, deliveries, and appointments
Personal & Household Assistance
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, returns, and local pickups/drop-offs (no child care duties)
- Assist with household coordination and vendor access
- Help manage day-to-day logistical needs for a busy family
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Communicate with vendors, tenants, and service providers in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with light administrative tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Handle time-sensitive requests with efficiency
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel locally within Orange County
- Ability to handle both business-related and personal tasks with discretion
- Tech-comfortable (smartphone, email, basic apps)
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in real estate, property management, or healthcare environments
- Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant
- Familiarity with Orange County geography

Additional Details

Pay: $23.54 - $28.35 per hour
