Responsibilities
- Manage booking calendars across multiple platforms, including and , ensuring accurate availability, pricing updates, and reservation coordination.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with guests via messaging platforms, phone, and email—handling inquiries, bookings, check-in instructions, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from arrival to departure.
- Oversee property operations by scheduling cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure properties are guest-ready at all times.
- Maintain and organize digital records including guest information, property details, contracts, and operational documents.
- Assist with onboarding new properties, including collecting required documentation, setting up listings, and preparing operational workflows.
- Handle administrative tasks such as drafting agreements, managing owner communications, and preparing reports.
- Support bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses, invoices, and payouts related to property operations.
- Monitor guest reviews and feedback, responding appropriately and implementing improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and required rental documentation.
- Utilize systems and processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support overall business growth.
Experience
- Will train for the right person! Experience in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, or administrative support roles.
- Hands-on experience with , , or similar booking platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of guest communication and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
- Experience with contracts, onboarding paperwork, and operational documentation within property management.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and maintain professionalism in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
