As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will be the driving force behind the principal’s day-to-day personal and household operations. This is far more than traditional support — you will serve as a trusted extension of the principal, expertly managing competing priorities, creating calm amidst complexity, and ensuring every aspect of their life runs effortlessly. Responsibilities:

Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across personal and professional priorities

Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries with precision
