Personal Assistant

Title: Personal Assistant / Household Assistant

Salary: $130,000 p.a. - $160,000 p.a.

Tiger is working with an ultra-high net worth family that is looking for an experienced Family Assistant. The family is based in San Francisco, but they are looking for someone who can occasionally travel with them to Truckee. There are two children in school, a large, friendly dog, and an extremely tech-savvy family. The ideal candidate will be native to San Francisco, highly tech-savvy, and comfortable around children. All applicants must have previously worked as a Personal Assistant or Family Assistant for at least four years.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage grocery shopping, pantry stocking, and family dinner preparation (simple, healthy cooking required; advanced culinary skills are a plus).
• Manage family laundry, process package returns, and maintain general tidiness (dishes, toys, spills, taking out trash/recycling).
• Coordinate service providers (gardeners, cleaners, handymen) and solicit bids for home maintenance projects.
• Occasional care for a well-behaved, 10-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog mix (70 lbs). Includes feeding and minimal weekend walking (dog walker provided on weekdays).
• Manage business research projects and coordinate with the family's remote Personal Assistant.
• Research and book family vacations and travel logistics.
• Assist with setting up online bill pay and coordinate maintenance for family vehicles.
• Handle school/activity pick-up and drop-off 1–2 times per week (via car, e-bike, or bus).
• Create a warm, loving, and fun environment featuring creative and educational activities.
• Read and engage with children to strengthen language skills.
• Maintain detailed records of food intake and health symptoms. Must hold current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Adhere to a "gentle parenting" philosophy—handling behavior in a respectful, affirming manner while maintaining strong, consistent boundaries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a reliable personal vehicle for household needs (fuel reimbursed for SF to

Truckee travel). A family car is provided for child transport.

• Must have at least four to five years as a personal or family assistant in San Francisco
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
• Extremely tech savvy - Familiar with GSuite / MS Office Suite, a plus / Slack
• Must be up to date on Influenza, COVID-19, and Tdap vaccinations.
