Personal Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and highly adaptable Personal Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This is not a traditional desk role. The position requires someone who is comfortable balancing both digital and hands-on responsibilities while staying organized and responsive. This role works in close proximity to leadership and serves as a key day-to-day support partner within the household. You will also collaborate with existing executive support to ensure alignment across priorities and seamless execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early to mid-career who is looking to grow into higher-level executive or operational support. The right candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Errands: Support daily "boots on the ground" tasks including package drop-offs/pickups, grocery shopping, and general local errands
  • Digital Presence: Assist with managing and posting to social media accounts to maintain consistency and engagement
  • Communication: Draft emails, assist with scheduling, and help ensure timely follow-ups across personal and professional contacts
  • Daily Operations: Support calendar coordination, meal orders/catering, and basic travel logistics
  • Coordination: Serve as a reliable touchpoint between the household, vendors, and executive support to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
  • Execution & Organization: Track tasks, stay organized, and follow through on priorities in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of experience as a personal, executive, or administrative assistant
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Flexibility: Positive attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and adapt as priorities shift
  • Reliability: Dependable with strong follow-through; able to manage time and responsibilities effectively
  • Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow into increased responsibility over time
  • Education: No degree required; we value practical experience, work ethic, and coachability

Physical Requirements

To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, the candidate must be able to:

  • Mobility: Drive to various locations across the Oregon area as needed
  • Lifting: Occasionally lift and carry packages or groceries up to 25–30 lbs
  • Stamina: Remain active for portions of the day while running errands or supporting on-site needs
  • Manual Dexterity: Use a smartphone and laptop efficiently for communication and task management

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
