Personal Assistant (Dual Role Assistant: Business & Personal)

Important Note this is an in-person job and driving is required in the DFW area. Most errands are in the downtown, uptown, and north Dallas area.

As a Freelance Personal Assistant, you will support a digital marketing agency owner with business and personal tasks, focusing on household support, errands, organization, writing, and light project management. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Support:

• Schedule personal appointments, manage reminders, and help balance daily routines.
• Assist with occasional errands and household coordination.
• Light housekeeping and plant care.
• Meal prep
• Pet care (small dog).

Business Support:

• Draft and organize content, including social media posts, emails, and client communications.
• Take detailed meeting notes (in real time), tracking action items, and ensuring follow-ups.
• Provide light project management, keeping timelines on track and updating stakeholders.
• Manage the owner’s calendar, coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Client communication and support.

Ideal Candidate:

• Organized, proactive, and skilled in clear communication.
• Strong writer with experience in note-taking and synthesizing information.
• Familiar with supporting individuals with ADHD or similar needs, and valuing structured systems.
• Adaptable, with a knack for anticipating needs.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
