We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the UAE, possess a valid UAE driving license, and be comfortable handling confidential matters. Experience in the rental machinery sector will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Provide full administrative and personal support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government entities.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Coordinate office activities, follow up on tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.

Assist with business-related errands and on-site visits as required.

Support operational tasks related to rental machinery business activities (coordination, documentation, follow-ups), where applicable.

Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic).

Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management or a CEO.

Previous work experience in the UAE is mandatory.

Valid UAE driving license is required.

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Arabic is preferred, while fluency in English is a must.
