Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to support senior management. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Maintain filing systems and records (digital and physical)
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist in administrative and office management tasks

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consultancy or engineering firms is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
