Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant based in Amherst, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. The Personal Assistant will provide high-level support to company executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, overseeing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication. Additional responsibilities include handling clerical duties, maintaining organized records, and assisting with personal tasks as needed to facilitate executive productivity.


Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support executive-level tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Clerical Skills including data entry, documentation, and file management to maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
