Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting job openings across multiple platforms
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and track progress in our system
- Communicate with applicants regarding updates, next steps, or required documents
- Complete and submit incident reports as required
- Support the HR team with onboarding tasks as needed
- Time Keeping
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite; familiarity with HR software a plus
- High attention to detail and professionalism
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time
- Pay range, e.g., $20–$24/hour
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
