Personal Assistant

Active couple with multiple homes and multiple businesses need an A+ motivated person to help us manage our responsibilities. We are looking for an extremely honest and detailed oriented person with some office experience to help with paying bills, doing paperwork, managing insurance and other tasks. We need someone that can identify needs/issues and handle them without significant oversight. This does not require any child care.

We have multiple assets and need someone to coordinate and find resources to maintain them. Extremely good communication and resourcefulness is needed.

Example Of Needs:

-Managing insurance

-Paying bills

-Reviewing expenses/credit cards to ensure no fraud/wrong charges

-Manage house keeper(s), landscape people, pool cleaners, etc

-Grocery Shopping, Stocking/replenishing items, organization of areas of the house

-Travel Planning

-Event planning and hosting

-Maintaining assets such as organizing repairs, maintaining cars, boats, and houses, etc

-Helping with pets and other items while we are traveling

-Bonus if meal prep or any culinary aspirations are in your background. Essentially we need to eat at home more and rarely find the time to cook.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
