Personal & Executive Assistant (Flexible Hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-level Personal Assistant to work directly alongside a fast-moving entrepreneur who owns and operates multiple businesses, including a growing home care agency and technology ventures.

This is not a typical assistant role — this is a “right-hand” position for someone who wants to be deeply involved in building, scaling, and organizing multiple businesses while helping the CEO operate at the highest level.

Your mission: Make life easier, smoother, and more efficient in every possible way.

What You’ll Do

No two days will look the same. This role requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities include:

  • Calendar & Scheduling Management
  • Booking appointments, meetings, and reservations
  • Managing daily priorities and time blocking
  • Business Support
  • Assisting with documents, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Helping organize and execute business ideas
  • Supporting office operations and team coordination
  • Personal & Executive Support
  • Running errands and handling day-to-day logistics
  • Anticipating needs before they arise
  • Helping manage both personal and professional priorities
  • Operations & Organization
  • Keeping systems organized and efficient
  • Following up on tasks, projects, and deadlines
  • Helping bring structure to fast-moving environments
  • Vehicle & Lifestyle Support
  • Maintaining and organizing vehicle (cleaning, upkeep, etc.)
  • Assisting with travel preparation and logistics
  • Tech & Efficiency
  • Using apps, tools, and systems to streamline workflows
  • Being comfortable learning and implementing new technology
