Personal Assistant

We are supporting a UHNW family in the search for a highly capable Private Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support across all aspects of family life, both in the UAE and internationally.


This role sits is entirely focused on private and family matters , requiring someone who can operate with absolute discretion, professionalism, and a high level of autonomy.


This is a high-trust, fast-paced role where you will act as a central point of coordination across the family’s lifestyle, assets, and day-to-day operations.


The Role

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the personal affairs of the family, ensuring everything runs seamlessly across multiple locations, including the UAE and UK.

This is not a traditional PA role — it requires someone who is detail-driven, financially literate, and experienced working within complex UHNW environments .


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex family calendars , including personal, social, and medical appointments
  • Coordinating international travel (private and commercial), including detailed itineraries, visas, and on-the-ground logistics
  • Overseeing family events, hospitality, and private engagements
  • Acting as a key liaison across household staff, external vendors, and service providers
  • Supporting with management of international assets (UAE & UK), including coordination with relevant parties
  • Handling high-value payments, banking, and financial administration , ensuring accuracy and discretion
  • Assisting with insurance, medical coordination, and personal wellbeing arrangements
  • Managing day-to-day household logistics and personal requirements
  • Running personal errands and ensuring all aspects of family life are handled efficiently and proactively


Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting a UHNW individual or family in a private PA capacity
  • Strong financial acumen and confidence managing large payments, banking, and administrative processes
  • Experience coordinating international travel and multi-location lifestyles
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Flexible and responsive, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules


Additional Information

  • Location: Dubai (office-based)
  • Flexibility required in line with the family’s schedule and travel needs
