We’re working with a private executive in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area who is looking to bring on a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations across both personal and professional responsibilities.

This is a hands-on, trusted role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can anticipate needs before they arise, and is comfortable supporting both household logistics and executive priorities.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage daily scheduling, calendars, and overall task flow for the executive
  • Coordinate errands, appointments, school pickups, and family logistics
  • Handle correspondence, reminders, and day-to-day administrative needs
  • Assist with household organization, light upkeep, and general support
  • Provide ad hoc support across business initiatives and nonprofit efforts


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and good judgment
  • Politically aware and comfortable operating in sensitive environments
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — someone who takes initiative without needing direction
  • Comfortable working in a home environment, including around pets

Salary: Starting at $60K+ (DOE)
