We are seeking experienced Personal / Team assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their needs.
  • Provide detailed information about our services.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date on policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed client advice.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools, cloud storage.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Professionalism: High level of discretion, reliability, and time management.

Language : English

Job Type: Part time, 5 hours per day.

Salary 1000-1500/-

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
