Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Calendar & Email Management: Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and filtering emails/calls.
- Travel Coordination: Organizing flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Administrative Support: Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Personal Errands: Handling household tasks, dry cleaning, shopping, and appointment scheduling.
- Liaison & Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors.
- Expense Tracking: Managing budgets and processing expense reports.
