Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and schedules.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.

Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.

Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

Assist with personal errands and administrative tasks when required.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Support the executive in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.

International market exposure, well presented and should be fluent in English.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
