Personal Assistant and Physician Liaison

Job Title: Personal Assistant and Physician Assistan to a Cardiovascular Physician and Entrepreneur.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable individual to serve as a Personal Assistant and Physician Liaison to a cardiovascular specialist. This is a dynamic, hybrid role requiring both administrative support and interpersonal coordination, with opportunities to contribute to practice growth and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is someone who can anticipate needs, maintain structure, and provide reliable day-to-day support, while also functioning professionally within a medical and business environment.

Core Responsibilities and Personal Assistant Duties

• Manage daily schedule, appointments, and calendar coordination
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics
• Assist with day-to-day needs (meals, errands, workspace organization, etc.)
• Provide support for both professional and personal tasks to ensure efficiency
• Assist during occasional local photography trips (equipment handling, setup, basic support)
• Maintain organization of personal and professional environments
• Schedule and attend professional dinners with other health providers

Physician Liaison & Marketing Support

• Support outreach and relationship-building with referring providers and partners
• Coordinate with marketing team members to execute practice growth strategies
• Assist in maintaining communication channels and follow-ups
• Represent the practice in a professional and courteous manner
• Work closely with the rest of the Physician Liaison team members.

Preferred Attributes

Work Structure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
