- Organize meeting organization & minutes taking
- Handling confidential information
- Communication with internal & external stakeholders
- Supporting reports, presentations & correspondence
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

2–4 years in a similar role (Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Office Manager)

Background in Real Estate, E-commerce, Marketing, or TIC is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office
