Personal Assistant - Arabic Speaker

  • Manage calendar & schedule management
  • Handle travel arrangements & logistics coordination
  • Organize meeting organization & minutes taking
  • Handling confidential information
  • Communication with internal & external stakeholders
  • Supporting reports, presentations & correspondence

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years in a similar role (Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Office Manager)
  • Background in Real Estate, E-commerce, Marketing, or TIC is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
