Personal Assistant- Arabic Speaker

Executive Support

* Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow‑up actions.

* Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.

* Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting notes if required.

Communication & Coordination

* Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and external partners.

* Ensure timely flow of information to and from the Chairman’s office.

* Adapts to changes smoothly including last-minute adjustments or urgent executive requests.

* Maintains confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information related to the Chairman or company operations.

Event & Travel Management

* Plan and coordinate local and international travel arrangements.

* Organize events, conferences, and high-level meetings.

* Ensure all logistics are seamless and aligned with protocol standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
