General Purpose:
To provide excellent, one-on-one in-home patient care. We are looking to hire an honest, caring, and compassionate individual for this position.
Essential Functions:

• Assists clients with personal care and daily routein.
• May assist with basic meal preparation. Help maintain a clean and safe physical environment for the client
• Assists in medication reminders.
• Performs and completes assigned tasks according to the assignment sheet/service plan in a timely and professional manner
• Identifies and records changes in the patient/client’s condition and safety to the supervisor
• Completes mandatory Gentlemind Home Care in-services and provides requested documents to keep employee files current.

Job Qualification

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
• Must have a reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver's license

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
