TrueCare Companion Services is seeking compassionate, reliable independent caregivers to support seniors and adults in Harris and Fort Bend County. We provide non-medical companion care that helps clients live with dignity, comfort, and independence.

What You’ll Do

As a TrueCare Companion, you may assist clients with:

• Friendly companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands
• Safety supervision
• Respite support for families

You will be matched with clients based on your availability, location, and preferences.

Independent Contractor Position

Caregivers work as 1099 independent contractors, allowing you to:

• Set your own schedule
• Accept or decline assignments
• Work with multiple agencies
• Maintain your independence

Requirements

To be eligible, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid government-issued ID
• Pass a criminal background check
• Provide a W-9 form
• Have reliable transportation and valid insurance
• Have a caring and professional attitude

CPR / First Aid certification is preferred but not required.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
