Personal Assistant Caregiver

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home and community-based care for individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring safety during cooking and meal service.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices to safely transfer clients with mobility challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities, observations, and any incidents in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Support clients in community outings or social activities to promote engagement and mental well-being.Experience
• Prior experience working in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of patient observation techniques, and care planning.
• Experience providing dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders.
• Proven ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate assistive devices like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals and supporting residents’ <PERSON>’s needs effectively. Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
