Personal Assistant & Client Services Executive to support the CEO in a fast-paced, high-level professional environment. This role combines executive-level personal assistance with premium client service responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Assistance
- Provide full administrative and personal support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and communications with discretion.
- Coordinate meetings with senior clients, partners, banks, and regulators.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes as required.
- Assist with personal scheduling, lifestyle coordination, and ad-hoc requests.
- Must Have experience as a FOREX broker in the UAE, experience of at least 3 years in the forex industry, handle all operation procedures.
- Responsible for FX products across the spot markets.
- Responsible for commodity and indices products across the CFDs markets.
- Monitoring competitors trading terms, policies and pricing quality and reconciling client’s deposits and withdrawals.
- Identify and communicate urgent issues that may have associated P/L
- Investigate and resolve client issues related to trade execution, confirmation and STP
- Resolve technical issues in conjunction with application support, and development teams
- Provide clients with training and guidance on system functionality and workflow.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for VIP and high-net-worth clients.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with luxury and financial industry standards.
- Assist clients with onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Support the CEO during client meetings, events, and business trips.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Client Services Executive, or similar role.
- Experience in forex brokerage, banking, financial services, or luxury brands is highly preferred.
Language Skills (Mandatory)
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Fluency in Arabic OR Russian OR Chinese is mandatory.
- Additional languages are a strong advantage.
