Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and personal support to senior management / project head

Manage daily schedules, meetings, and site visit coordination

Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence

Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation

Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and office staff

Maintain records, files, and follow-ups related to construction activities

Assist in procurement follow-ups, invoices, and basic MIS reporting

Ensure smooth communication between office and project site

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Minimum 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (construction industry preferred)

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience working in construction or real estate projects

Willing to travel to project sites if required

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
