We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Officer to manage daily

office operations, procurement, vendor coordination, and general administrative

support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office

while handling ad-hoc tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring

cost-effectiveness and quality.

 Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, contracting, and timely

payment coordination.

 Handle day-to-day office administration such as facility upkeep, meeting

arrangements, and courier handling.

 Maintain inventory and ensure adequate stock of office supplies.

 Coordinate with service providers for repairs, maintenance, and utilities.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

 Perform any other official tasks as and when required by Senior Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administration, procurement, or office

management.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
