About Us
P-Tech is a growing BPO company delivering high-quality customer support and sales services to international clients. As part of our expansion, we are hiring a Female Personal Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and organizational support to our management team.

Role Overview
The Personal Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative activities, schedule coordination, meeting management, and overall office support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and strong in communication and multitasking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the executive’s daily calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
  • Arrange travel, events, and office logistics.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist management with daily operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Matric or Intermediate accepted if skilled.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong English communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional, well-presented, and responsible with confidential information.
  • Female candidates only.
